We are a coeducational school with a roll of approximately 500 students and established in 1897. Stratford is in the heart of the Taranaki region, sitting below our beautiful Maunga, and only a short drive to the beach. Stratford High School serves the interests of the community well, meeting the academic, trades, cultural and sporting needs of a range of students.

We have a position available for a dynamic kaiako to teach te reo Māori (Y9–13) and tikanga (Y9) in our school. An understanding of Mautauranga Māori is an advantage. The position is currently part-time, with a teaching load of 0.48 FTE. However, we are seeking someone with the passion, desire and skillset to grow this department in the coming years.
