Our school is seeking a social sciences and tourism teacher. This position is a full-time, permanent position starting in term 1, 2022. 

Our social science learning area comprises junior social studies, geography, tourism, history, classics and business studies/economics. We require a teacher to assist with our geography, social sciences and tourism programme. The successful applicant will ideally be familiar with the geography, social sciences and tourism curriculums and able to inspire young women in their learning. We offer a collegial and supportive working environment. Applicants should be prepared to play an active part in the co-curricular professional life of the school.

We are a single sex school, based in the historic town of Oamaru which serves the Waitaki district.
