We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and professional Registered ECE Teacher to lead our Preschool team.
The main responsibilities within this role will be:
- Maintaining centre compliance at a high level
- Role modelling best practice when working with children
- Developing strong partnerships with centre whānau
- Supporting the teaching team to implement strong planning and assessment processes
- The ability to lead internal evaluation which creates sustained change
working closely with the centre manager to support centre strategic and annual planning.
