 Mō te tūnga | About the role 

You will be working alongside our team to support schools around Aotearoa to bring the MoE RAPLD National Priorities to life including Local Curriculum, Digital Fluency, and Assessment for Learning. 

 What we are looking for:

  • Whanaungatanga - A track record of developing and maintaining positive relationships with those you engage with.
  • Ako -  A track record of an understanding that sometimes we learn from those we work alongside, and sometimes we facilitate the mahi.
  • Manaakitanga - A track record of showing respect, generosity, and care for others.

 Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience 

  • A full drivers license.
  • Ability to travel during the week.
  • Recent experience teaching in Aotearoa.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Work efficiently and effectively. 
  • Culturally responsive pedagogy.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of others.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Digitally literate.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a commitment to learning new skills.
  • The ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

  • Remuneration: Salary + Performance Bonus. 
  • This role includes 7 weeks paid leave per year within school holiday breaks.
