We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced leader for our Services Academy. 

The Services Academy is a Secondary school programme that follows the New Zealand Defence Force Ethos and Values to foster and support senior students, ensuring that they have the best possible start in their career or future study.

The director will manage and run the Academy under the direction of the trades manager and tumuaki, with a special focus on the day to day administration of services academies operational guidelines and programme, as well as the schools policies and procedures contributing to enhancing the delivery of quality learning and teaching programmes.

The director is expected to fully immerse in the wider life of the school and community.

Previous Military, Police or Fire Service experience is highly recommended.  

An understanding of NCEA would be advantageous.
