We are seeking an innovative, motivated, organised and relational deputy principal. 

The successful applicant would have proven leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, a good sense of humour, with a well-developed pedagogical understanding and a commitment to excellence.

You will be expected to contribute to our school community in a wide variety of ways including leading our teaching and learning programmes. We need a practitioner who focuses on student progress and achievement, with the commitment to support the strategic goals of our college.

We are a small collegial secondary school, situated in South Canterbury – this means easy weekend access to the beautiful lakes and mountains of the Mackenzie Country. Being just 20 minutes north of Timaru leaves you the choice of rural or urban living.
