We seek an experienced teacher with specialist knowledge of the junior curriculum in English and social studies, with strong skills in teaching literacy and the ability to differentiate in the classroom. A commitment to te tiriti o Waitangi and an understanding of culturally responsive and relational pedagogies is vital.

The successful applicant will have an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum and of assessment practices (formative, summative and NCEA). Most importantly he/she will have a passion for teaching and a focus on students’ learning.

This permanent, part-time position commences on 28 February, 2022.
