The successful applicant must have a strengths based approach to teaching and learning where our tamariki are at the heart of your learning environment.
Our tamariki require you to be patient, be able to listen to and respond in a mana enhancing way to build a positive relationship with our tamariki and whānau.
An innovative approach to teaching and learning with our teina would be something we will be looking for in our successful applicant. A person who has a sound knowledge of the NZ Curriculum and Te Whāriki learning models in your teaching practise or approach will put you in good stead.
We encourage school visits as this would be the best way to get to know us and who we are. Beginning teachers are most welcome to apply.
