We are seeking a passionate and innovative pathways adviser to drive the school’s vision of “inspiring growth through wisdom and honour”.

This a great opportunity to design an innovative, future-focused service for our students and staff and guide staff on delivering effective career and academic counselling to our students. The role includes overseeing the vocational pathways programme, gateway programme, services and police academies, and STAR funding. 

An ability to make strong links between the school and outside providers and develop strong relationships with major stakeholders is expected. The successful applicant will be expected to develop their practice in a student-centred environment, and work collaboratively with a cross-curricular team of educators. 

A contribution to the school wide co-curricular programme is expected.

Qualified teacher status preferred but not necessary.

Start term 1, 2022. 1MU + careers allowance. Full release, non-teaching.
