We are seeking to appoint a permanent team leader to join the Y3–4 team from the start of 2021.
In this stimulating role, you will lead a three teacher team. Our three Y3–4 teachers work collaboratively, planning and teaching together.
Your teaching knowledge and experience will make a significant contribution to sustaining an environment where all students prosper. You will be entering a dynamic environment where the development and wellbeing of the students are paramount. We would expect you to be fully involved in all aspects of school life.
It would be advantageous to have had some experience in teaching in an FLE (Flexible Learning Environment) or in the Y3–4 area. You will need to be able to embrace collaborative teaching as the teachers in this syndicate team-teach continuously throughout the day and week.
