Mathematics and statistics teacher.

We are seeking an innovative, vibrant, forward-thinking educator who is passionate about teaching and learning to join our collaborative team for 2022 commencing 28 January 2022.

Contribution of fresh ideas towards the design of new courses in mathematics and statistics will be expected. Flexibility and adaptability will be an important personal attribute as we navigate the approaching numeracy changes, review of achievement standards and curriculum review. Our school has mixed ability classes and offers a range of curriculum experiences, including cross-curricular programmes and flexible learning spaces. Prior experience teaching statistics to NCEA Level 3 would be an advantage. 

The suitable candidate must be passionate towards developing our students into active and inspired lifelong learners. Commitment to the college's values, and high standards in all aspects of school life is expected, as is involvement with the college's extra-curricular programme.
