Matua Ngaru is a newly established and growing school in Huapai, Auckland, with future-focused, state of the art, flexible learning environments. We are seeking 4 collaborative and talented team leaders (lead learning coaches) to lead teams across our school. Start date term 1, 2022.

You will be committed to growing yourself and others to be the very best practitioners possible. Your focus will be on raising your own and others’ efficacy; building a highly collaborative culture across the school and on working closely with the senior leadership team to grow consistency and coherence in everything we do. The successful applicants will need to be relentlessly focused on improving outcomes for all learners through the belief that all learners can learn, all teachers can teach and the role of the leader is to set the conditions that enable this to happen.
