Previous relevant experience at this critical curriculum level is essential along with strong evidence of accelerated progress and achievement for all akongā that you have taught and supported.
Whānau engagement and fostering positive relationships must be a strength of yours as well as an understanding of the importance of living in Te Ao Māori through the regular use and understanding of te reo and Tainui tikanga.
