Our centre provides specialised care and education for 30 tamariki aged from 0–5 years. Our centre is made up of 2 separate learning spaces – one for our infants/toddlers, and the other for our preschoolers. We also have a large outdoor space where we all explore together.
With one of our teachers relocating, an opportunity has come up for a senior teacher to join our babies/toddlers room. Due to some movements within the team (eg. internal promotion and maternity leave), this position is currently being advertised as fixed-term but this may be updated to a permanent role.
What’s different about our centre?
Small numbers: Our small numbers and good ratios allow us to create deep-rooted relationships with our tamariki and their whānau
Home-away-from-home: We offer a home-like, relaxed environment. We focus on creating calm days for our tamariki to explore their interests and develop and learn alongside our kaiako
Beautiful natural setting: surrounded by native bush, our spectacular backyard has plenty of room for exploration, outdoor learning and fun!
New ownership: new owners who are passionate about supporting the staff to ensure their ideas come to life.
