A unique opportunity has arisen to lead the well-established Cluster 20 working across 74 schools/Kura in our cluster.
The successful applicant must be a NZ registered teacher and hold a current NZ teaching practising certificate. We are looking for a culturally capable manager with proven successful leadership and management skills to lead a team of 31 professionals.
Applicants should have a proven track record in strategic planning, finances, change management, strong interpersonal skills and relationship building. You will need to have an understanding of RTLB practice and value their contribution to supporting diverse students with learning and behavioural needs.
You will also need to have the ability to readily form productive relationships with School Principals, Kāhui Ako, Cluster Schools/Kura, MOE, other agencies and be strongly focused on outcomes for tamariki/students supporting School/Kura personnel and RTLB staff.
You will need a full current clean driver's license.
