Samuel Marsden Collegiate School is widely regarded as one of New Zealand’s leading independent schools for girls from Y1–13, with a proud history dating back to 1878. Marsden seeks to lay the foundation for lives of meaning, accomplishment and genuine happiness and is New Zealand’s first Visible Wellbeing™ School.

Due to one of our primary school teachers teaching in the upper school next year, we seek a passionate and effective teacher for our senior syndicate (Y4–6) who can demonstrate evidence of recent successful classroom practice in this area of the school. Strengths in high-quality literacy, numeracy and digital literacy skills are essential.

The successful applicant will be NZ registered, display the ability to create the best possible learning environment, be a team player, and demonstrate excellence in leading learning. You will be working in a highly supportive team that are continually striving for excellence and who provide an innovative, creative programme.
