Reporting directly to the campus principal, the director of teaching and learning will mentor and coach our teachers to continuously build their practice. The role will also work collaboratively with each faculty on the design and development of our curriculum to meet the needs of 21st century learners, and to optimise the upcoming changes in NCEA.

Experience in leading the professional learning of other teachers
Experience in national assessment and curriculum design.
