We have a working dairy farm on site, part of a joint venture with Lincoln University and which is overseen by our industry partners; Fonterra, LIC, PCG Wrightson, Dairy NZ, Ballance, and Westpac. The farm was established to implement world class environmental, technological and animal welfare practice in farming. We also have a number of horticultural ventures on site including a productive vineyard Small class sizes mean teachers have more opportunity to engage with students and invest in their overall growth.

The successful candidate will have evidence of significant industry exposure and/or practical expertise and ideally would also be fluent in the delivery of both Unit and Achievement Standards associated with agricultural and horticultural science.
