A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced leader with a professional teaching background to run our Claudelands Early Education Centre. Claudelands EEC provides quality care and education for babies, toddlers, and kindergarten tamariki.

Claudelands is a busy, thriving centre catering to a diverse community run by a positive and committed team. The centre manager takes accountability for managing the centre, coaching and supporting the team, ensuring the relationships with whanau are strong and constructive, and that the centre is proactively marketed to achieve rolls full to capacity.
Applicants will need to evidence previous experience leading a learning curriculum and a team of people, managing a budget and staff rosters, and maintaining a professional site. The successful applicant will demonstrate a positive outlook, great interpersonal skills, be adaptable and flexible, have sound computer ability and excellent time management skills. There is a requirement to contribute to documentation - previous use of Storypark would be a bonus.

Applicants must have a Dip Tchg (ECE) minimum qualification, a current first aid certificate and be certificated by the Education Council.
