We are a community centre, church and childcare centre based in Fairfield, Hamilton. As a small (licensed for 39) not-for-profit, community-based, Christian ECE, our vision is to ‘help tamariki be ready, willing, and able to learn’. We have a bicultural focus, and value play, relationships, and building social competency, oral literacy, and resilience.

We are looking for an ECE (or primary) qualified registered teacher with a current practising certificate to join our team working with our 2½ to 5 year olds (one of four teachers for 26 children). You will need patience, a sense of humour, commitment to our philosophy and a strengths-based mindset, as we work together for our tamariki and to support their whānau.

Our open hours are 8.30am to 4pm, so no ‘early’ and ‘late’ shifts, and we are flexible to make the hours work for us both (we are open to a job-share situation or someone who maybe only wants to work school hours).

Looking forward to hearing from you. if you have any questions or want more information contact Rachel by email or phone.
