Take this opportunity to join our small, home away from home early childhood centre. We are dedicated to small group sizes which enables us to offer the best early childhood care and education, supporting children and teachers to reach their full potential.

We are looking for that special someone who has a passion for, and dedication to, providing our youngest children with the best care and education. We are looking for a teacher-in-training, or new graduate who is team-oriented,  self motivated, and wanting to grow their philosophy and teaching practice.

Our philosophy is centred around respectful relationships and supporting social-emotional development. Picture small sized rooms, instead of a large group of children, you teach and care for just a small group on a daily basis. You know not just their names and faces, but their unique personalities, strengths, and interests. You can encourage their unique voices and meet their needs. The right ratio makes a significant contribution to top quality childcare.

Within Tippytoes you will work alongside long standing, knowledgeable and supportive teachers, within a calm and caring teaching and learning environment. Tippytoes is owned and managed by qualified and experienced early childhood teachers who are dedicated to providing a high quality teaching and learning environment.

This position is suitable for a teacher-in-training, or new teaching graduate who is looking for an early childhood centre to develop and grow as a professional.  If you would describe yourself as nurturing, calm, respectful and empathetic then this may be the ideal position for you.

Hours are ideally 32–40 hours per week and must be able to work between the hours 7am–5.30pm.
