Early learning centre manager
About K’aute Pasifika:
K’aute Pasifika Trust is a charitable trust working with our communities toward a shared vision of improved health and wellbeing. We provide health, education and social services to Pasifika communities and all other ethnicities who wish to access our services.
About the role:
Totally unique opportunity to lead the development of a Pan-Pasifika approach and pedagogy to pre-school learning. You will develop the model and implement it in a new Early Learning Centre as part of a significant expansion project of Pasifika services in Hamilton.
You will be a source of foresight on Tapasa Pasifika educational models, Te Whariki, and not just a thought-leader, but a doer also. You can lead with compassion, insight, positivity and inspire staff and others around you. You are structured and have solid management skills to run a centre’s operations and finances. You will be good with a Board and have a collaborative nature. You will have vision and see the opportunity for the future development of this model across our nation.
