With one of our treasured kaiako moving away from the region, an opportunity to join our QPN whānau has opened up. The position is working alongside our magnificent 2 and 3-year-old tamariki, so a passion for and understanding of toddlers is a must!

Our whānau is dedicated to heart-led teaching, a love of the natural world, and being a part of a team. And in our team, each and every teacher is valued as unique and brings with them their own strengths and interests that sit under our 'home-away-from-home' centre philosophy, just like our tamariki and their whānau.

We are a non-profit community centre, situated on a big slice of land in the heart of Queenstown central. We offer better than regulation ratios, ongoing mentoring and professional development for our kaiako and the teams, as well as a focus on having fun together.

Applicants must be NZ teacher registered with a current practising certificate. Ideally, ECE trained, however, primary trained may also apply, hold a current first-aid certificate or be willing to obtain one upon employment, be proactive, respectful and have a growth mindset.

If this sounds like you, then we'd love to hear from you.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid work visa.
