Te Wharepuni ā Pāpāmoa (Community of Learning / Kāhui Ako) is seeking an experienced principal/s or senior leader/s for a leadership role. This position requires a leader (or two, if a shared position) who can build a collaborative environment to help the community develop its strategic intent. This person may be an internal or an external applicant.
We seek a leader who has:
Knowledge and understanding of our growing and unique community (Pāpāmoa), history, and the people within it
Ability to form, manage and sustain quality relationships and build relational trust with all stakeholders, agencies and the Ministry of Education
Proven skill and ability to lead when required, but also to work collaboratively with guidance/direction from our Te Mīmiro/The Governance Group
Comprehensive administrative skills, effective and timely communication.
Strategic and financial acumen to manage and maximise resourcing.
