Teacher – Whānau Manaaki Kindergartens
Wellington South is a diverse community situated in the Southern Wellington suburb of Newtown with many ethnic groups represented at the kindergarten. Many of the parents and children are born outside of New Zealand and are new migrants or refugees and for the majority, English is often an additional language. The children are raised in a variety of family models.
The kindergarten is a small setting in a residential area within the diverse and vibrant Newtown area. Local shops and public hospital are nearby.
We are licenced for 30 children who attend for 6 hours each day and we are open all year. You will join our team of 3 other teachers.
