We are seeking a dynamic leader for our career development faculty. This role involves the management of a team of teaching and support staff to deliver career and academic guidance, and to oversee our local trade academies, Gateway programme and STAR funding. You will have an excellent understanding of vocational pathways, and will be passionate about ensuring that our students are well-equipped to achieve our school vision of ‘learning without limits’.
This role requires a high level of communication skills and integrity in order to develop and maintain effective school, industry, training provider and community partnerships. You will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with staff across the school in order to support the needs of our students. The ability to lead a culturally responsive faculty is essential. While this is a teaching role, for the right applicant non-teaching staff may also be considered.
