We have a permanent position available for an energetic teacher with a passion for getting the best out of their students. 

Wairoa College is a Y7–13 school situated in the beautiful rural town of Wairoa in Hawke’s Bay. Our school has a vision to ensure every student is engaged in an innovative future focussed curriculum that inspires personal excellence. Teachers are expected to be energetic and collegial and to contribute to the co-curriculum life of the school. Current NZ teacher registration and practising certificate must be held.

We have excellent resources for your classroom, a fantastic and supportive environment, technology available, development of our new localised curriculum and a  well-established PB4L framework that supports student behaviour management.
