Bethlehem College is a non-denominational, co-educational Christian college (Y1–13) staff enjoy excellent modern resources and fine facilities. The college's emphasis is on applying Biblical principles to all aspects of school curriculum and life. An undertaking to commit to the college's special character is a condition of all appointments.

Bethlehem College has established a reputation for providing quality all round Christian education. Christian thought and practice is integrated across the curriculum, which is broad based and includes excellence in academics, sports, the performing arts and the shaping of moral leadership and service.

This vacancy presents an opportunity for a teacher with a passion for students to thrive, particularly those with a range of learning needs. This role is essentially a SENCO position for the secondary school (Y7–13) on an operational level, and a leadership position across the 3 schools that make up Bethlehem College. The leadership involves responsibility for a number of ORRS teachers and a well-resourced team of teacher aides. Applicants are required to have an active personal Christian faith.

Please note: Employment is conditional on NZ teacher registration.

Position start date: term 3, 2021.
