We are a beautiful purpose-built early learning centre in Silverdale, located between the Bunnings and Pak n Save tucked down the driveway and backing on to the Weiti forest, with amazing indoor and outdoor environments. Our centre is a home away from home for both our teachers and families. Due to centre growth, we are looking for an assistant manager to join us and become part of our dream team. This is a leadership role that will be carried out across all our classrooms working alongside the head teachers to grow them in their leadership and role modelling to all kaiako.

We have now opened all our classrooms and have head teachers across these spaces and now needing an assistant manager to join us and help lead our kaiako alongside our centre manager, you will be supported and mentored through this role to achieve your full potential. We are looking for a leader who is confident and leads with passion and integrity, role modelling best practice and guiding in curriculum. A real team player who will connect with our team, tamariki and also our whānau and wider community.

We are a small group of 4 NZ owner/operated centres. Being a purpose-built centre, we have all the facilities needed to make working a dream. We have an amazing, energetic and fun group of teachers to work alongside and a very supportive management team to help guide you to furthering your career. As a company we offer every member of our team free childcare, competitive remuneration, 8 days sick leave, paid staff meetings with a healthy cooked dinner, and to work for a company that invests a lot back into the team through various ways.
