We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic NZ teacher to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside awesome schools around Aotearoa.

Start date flexible.

We will only review applications from kaiako who have recent experience teaching in New Zealand.

Mō te tūnga | About the role 

In this role you will be supporting a variety of schools around New Zealand to bring the MoE PLD National Priorities to life. We support schools by delivering Local Curriculum, Digital Fluency, and Assessment for Learning PLD.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside senior leaders
  • Working alongside kaiako in Y1–13
  • A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Strength in building honest relationships with others
  • Understanding the PLD application process
  • Keeping up to date with new skills, initiatives & PLD focus areas

Cultural competence, specifically sound knowledge and understanding of tikanga and Te Ao Māori, will strengthen your application.

A full drivers license is essential for this position.

There will likely be weekly or fortnightly travel involved in this role. This is not negotiable.
