The Fire Station Early Learning centre in Te Atatu Auckland is looking for a qualified and registered teacher 4 days per week.

We have long-standing staff and families with happy, settled and supported children, with great ratios, making our centre a joyous and fun-filled place to work. With a long waiting list of children wanting to join the Fire Station shows that we are a sort after centre to attend.

We are currently looking for a teacher to join our toddler room. With an innovative approach to documentation, we work smarter not harder. No monthly learning story deadlines here. With regular non-contact we document term learning stories and centre events.

Our team are helpful, supportive and friendly and we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming environment for all. We are looking for a fun team player to join us.

We offer:

  • Half price childcare
  • Paid first aid (all staff have first aid)
  • Paid teacher certification and registration
  • Mentoring programme
  • Flexible rosters to promote work life balance; 4 days per week. Centre open from 7.30am–5pm
  • Paid staff meetings & PD.
