Cambridge High School (CHS) is a co-educational school, established in 1883, with a roll of approximately 1,750 students. Cambridge is in the heart of the Waikato region and has recently become a focus for elite sport with cycling, triathlon, kayaking and rowing establishing their New Zealand bases here.  Cambridge High School serves the interests of the community incredibly well, meeting the varied academic, trades, cultural and sporting needs of our students. Places at CHS are highly sought after with families choosing to move into town to gain access to the school.

Starting from term 3, 2021, we have a vacancy in our successful and well-resourced social sciences faculty.

We are open to applications from all areas of expertise, as we have flexibility in our timetable and across our faculty to accommodate the successful applicant. However, preference would be given to an experienced psychology teacher. There will be a requirement to contribute to the teaching of our junior social studies programme. Please state your area of expertise on application.
