Wellington High School is a coeducational, non-uniform high school in Wellington City with a roll in excess of 1,400. We work collaboratively and inclusively to inspire our community of active, connected and free-thinking learners. At our core is WERO: whānau, excellence, respect and ora. 

For early term 2, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced special education teacher to join our learning support team. 

The successful applicant will be an experienced teacher with knowledge of learning differences and how to effectively modify learning for these students. They will have excellent communication skills and will be a collaborative practitioner with a commitment to realising the potential of Māori and Pasifika learners. They will have an inclusive, supportive approach to building relationships with staff, whānau and akonga.
