We are seeking an active leader to be part of an incredible collaborative and collective team. You will ideally have experience in driving learning through the Spiral of Inquiry model and be willing to learn through our professional development model. You will need to have a growth mindset and be focused on learner agency whilst balancing the usual demands of an active school. You will be open to developing your strategic leadership tools and understand what transformational leadership is amongst other fantastic leaders. You will work in partnership with another equally incredible deputy principal.
This is initially a class based position with a 0.2 release component.
