We are seeking a guidance counsellor (1 FTTE position) who will actively support the wellbeing of our rangatahi and staff.
NZAC membership (or working towards membership) and secondary teaching experience registration is required. Knowledge of restorative practices is important. Cultural understanding of working with a diverse group of students is essential.
A management unit (1MU) may be available to a suitably experienced candidate.
We are a friendly, well-resourced, rural college (Y7–13 of approximately 150 students) located in the beautiful Kaipara, Northland and look forward to welcoming you to our school and community.
Liaison with a range of service providers is integral to the role.
We are a PB4L school.
