We are seeking a dynamic and highly competent teacher for our English Medium, bilingual (Level 3) Y3–4 class. This fixed-term position for the rest of the year is for a secondment position that may be extended through to the end of 2022. 

We require someone who has experience at those year levels, strong formative assessment practices and a good understanding of learning progressions. Te Reo Māori is an advantage but support will be provided if necessary to get the best person for the role. 

The successful applicant must have a strong team and community ethos and be willing to be very cooperative in our happy staff environment. Strong classroom management skills are essential and Trauma Informed Practice experience is an advantage. Experience with Te Whāriki and/or Play-based learning is also an advantage.
