We have a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with English language learners. The successful applicant will teach part-time in our large ESOL department. This fixed-term position begins term 2.

It is a 3 day position and involves the following skills: 

  • Keeping up-to-date with current practices and attending professional development opportunities
  • Planning and assessment of high-quality programmes
  • Providing stimulating lessons focusing on English language development
  • Supporting the maintenance of ESOL status lists
  • Ensuring ELL funded student’s needs are met and reviewed
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and parents. 

Above all, this applicant must love working with children, display empathy, have the ability to build effective relationships and have a great sense of humour.
