We have a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with English language learners. The successful applicant will teach part-time in our large ESOL department. This fixed-term position begins term 2.
It is a 3 day position and involves the following skills:
Keeping up-to-date with current practices and attending professional development opportunities
Planning and assessment of high-quality programmes
Providing stimulating lessons focusing on English language development
Supporting the maintenance of ESOL status lists
Ensuring ELL funded student’s needs are met and reviewed
Effective communication skills with colleagues and parents.
