We are searching for several Kaiako to join our new centre when it opens in May 2021. We have an already established centre in Papamoa Beach and this will be our second centre.

We are looking for a qualified teacher who possess the below attributes for our O2's room leader role. This role may eventually split off to either the toddler or preschool room leader role.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • Friendly and approachable and able to build relationships with kaiako, tamariki and whānau with ease
  • Great communicators who can problem solve with their team members to find solutions
  • Willingness to try things and 'get stuff done'
  • An abundance of positivity, plenty of smiles and ability to laugh at themselves and just have fun!
  • Experience as a room leader or confidence in yourself to hit the ground running.

We are located in Golden Sands, a newly developing town. Our philosophy is for everyone to feel like they 'belong' – it's that simple. We do this by having empathy for each other, having fun and lots of laughter, and a management team that try to make sure you are heard and acknowledged for the great work that you do!

If you are ready for a change for 2021, get in touch!
