Our new Hobsonville Point centre is housed in a heritage waterfront building, on an acre of park-like grounds with amazing sea views. We are licensed for 50 children, with a supportive and close-knit team.

We are looking for a qualified or in-training teacher to join our preschool teaching team working with children aged 2 to 4 yearsold. Within our richly resourced environments, we are able to support children's learning in many different ways.

We provide 3 hours of collaborative programme planning time every week, to allow our teaching teams to reflect, plan and support each other as a team. This is done during work hours, to allow your personal time to remain your own.

With inspiration from Reggio Emilia, our teachers have a passion for inspiring wonder, creativity, imagination and investigation, fostering children's hundred languages and unravelling their theories alongside them.

Our teaching team:

  • 3 hours paid weekly team planning time
  • Regular paid PD
  • Qualified teaching teams
  • Experienced mentors.

Our centre:

  • High quality programme and resources
  • Reggio-inspired philosophy
  • Established 33 years, family owned
  • Community focused, charitable and sustainable practices.

Extra perks:

  • A day off for your birthday!
  • Extra sick leave
  • Registration fees paid
  • Staff Wellness Programme
  • Financial Wellbeing Programme
  • Staff rewards and discounts.

“Our working environment is respectful, it’s a place where you are supported, a place where you are challenged, a place where you are encouraged to do your best and acknowledged for your achievements.”
