Stirling is a small rural town situated close to Balclutha in South Otago. Our highly performing principal is retiring, so an exciting opportunity as a teaching principal has become available at our wonderful small school. We are seeking a dedicated principal, or an experienced teacher aspiring to fulfil this role and take the next step in their education career.
Our school has a starting role of 29 children for 2020, staff consists of a 0.7 fixed-term teaching position, 1.0FTE teacher, a teacher aid and a cleaner.
The Board is seeking an inspirational leader, who has exceptional management skills and is passionate about individual students learning and well-being. Someone who will bring new initiatives and commit to ensuring the best outcomes for all of our students. A principal who will be visible to our community, students and staff and who will encompass a strong belief in Stirling schools culture and values.
