The qualities we are looking for:

• Be a qualified and NZ registered teacher
• Demonstrate leadership, management and mentoring skills
• Have proven experience leading a team in planning, assessment, self-review
• Be committed to Te Tiriti o Aotearoa and comprehension of te reo, tikanga and te ao Māori
• Maintain a multicultural lens alongside inclusive practices
• Bring proven ICT and administrative skills
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture through excellent communication and listening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be a kind, empathetic and responsive teacher and leader.

This is a full-time position located in the heart of Westgate, less than 5 minutes from the motorway.
