We are a Y1–8 Catholic state integrated school, seeking a dynamic teacher who empowers ākonga to become their best self through a child-centred approach to teaching and learning. This position is in the junior school (Y2) for someone who is passionate about teaching, future-focused with high expectations, and has a sense of wonderment and awe. Strengths with structured literacy, maths, science, music and the ability to work with diverse learners is an advantage.
A commitment to implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi through cultural relationships and responsive pedagogy are very important.
