Curriculum manager

This role is for the Auckland region to support 7 centres on Auckland (1 centre in west Auckland, 4 in Manurewa and 2 in Papakura). We are looking for an energised, innovative, passionate, committed leader to join our family. Our company has a strong foundation and value's that are embedded within our organisation.

The role of curriculum manager will require you to coach and support centre managers and their teams. We are looking for a positive, knowledgeable outgoing person to inspire the centre managers and teams. This role has a strong emphasis on curriculum, professional development, appraisals and teacher registration, so up to date knowledge is a must. The candidate must have a good understanding of licensing requirements and compliance and be able to manage their time effectively and efficiently across all centre

Key skills and knowledge required

• Proven success as an ECE leader
• Superb communication skills
• The capability of building strong stable relationships and teams
• Ability to work as apart of a senior management team
• Familiar and confident with ERO, MOE, Licensing criteria and Regulations
• Full drivers licence.
