Infants and toddlers, full-time/part-time qualified teacher

Our early learning centre is seeking an infants and toddler’s educator to join our committed and fun team in central Nelson.

We have a position available for a qualified teacher in our infants and toddlers environment to cover maternity leave from mid November 2020.

The ideal candidate will have a strong, genuine passion for teaching and working alongside Infants and Toddlers, with knowledge in primary care, RIE/Pikler approaches to teaching practice and provide positive outcomes for all children.

We are licensed for 37, including 9 U2s. Our centre offers low child ratios, great resources and excellent support. If you are flexible, reliable and have a passion for U2s then we would love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds ECE teacher's certification in NZ
• Strong understanding of the Te Whāriki curriculum
• Knowledge in primary care, RIE and Pikler approaches.
• Great communication, whom enjoys a professional and enthusiastic approach to working with whānau and community
