Lead advisor

About the person

We are looking for a responsive, dynamic thought leader with a persistent and positive attitude. You will need to be self-driven with the ability to deliver quality work at pace.

We are looking for teachers or education leaders with experience leading significant change within their schools. Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills is required.

We are looking for someone with practical knowledge of the schooling sector and experience to provide strong advisory leadership within the Network and School Delivery group. You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team with a culture of constructive, open-minded debate who work together to implement effective, positive change.

Sensitivity to cultural values combined with a sound understanding of bringing the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi to life is essential.

Experience and qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent level of practical experience
• A sound understanding of the education and schooling sector is essential
