Centre manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated centre manager to successfully lead our beautiful, well-resourced centre, and to take ownership of its further success. To be successful in this role you will hold a full teacher registration and have a degree in early childhood education. You will have the ability to:

• Share a wealth of experience in Samoan Bilingual settings and have a Bachelor of Childhood Education or equivalent
• Lead, mentor and manage a highly dedicated and passionate team, ensuring they are able to fulfil their roles effectively and provide the best possible education and care to our children
• Manage, monitor and meet all financial targets to maintain a viable business
• Undertake a strategic review to grow the Aoga Fa’ata’ita’i brand within the community and to meet occupancy targets
• Ensure compliance with all Aoga Fa’ata’ita’i policies and procedures, licensing criteria and regulations
• Work with various ICT systems (Infocare, Flexitime, Xero) and meet all administration tasks.

You will have a positive and professional demeanour and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with children, families and colleagues.
