Infant and toddler teacher

An opportunity has arisen at our preschool for us to bring a new teacher into our teaching whānau. This position is to work across our age groups filling in for teachers on extended leave and eventuating into a permanent position in one of the rooms.

Our preschool is a lovely rural centre where we believe in giving our children the time, space and resources to be able to explore the outdoors, care for our centre animals and build their imaginations and creativity. We build strong relationships with our whanau to be able to recognise each child's individual needs.

We are open to looking at teachers who are in training in either their 2nd or 3rd year or qualified.

You would need to have had experience working with infants and toddlers and have a genuine love and passion for working with children. In return you will get employers that are qualified teachers who pride themselves in providing the best care for their children, families and teachers. As qualified teachers we are also hands on in the centre which means we know what you need as teachers too.  

We have some flexibility on hours at this stage and are negotiable for the right teacher.
