We require a well-qualified, experienced and dynamic teacher to lead the teaching of PE and health (Y9–13).
The successful applicant will have experience in curriculum leadership, commitment to collaborative innovative practices, ability to lead teams, articulate a vision for the department and demonstrate knowledge of the NZ Curriculum.
WEGC is a central city multicultural girls’ school with an established reputation for student engagement, innovation and success. We have moved into new buildings with Innovative Learning Spaces and specialist studios. Our Y9 students are taught in cross curricular collaborative hubs. We run 3 sessions on most days to maximise student engagement.
