Qualified early learning kaiako - Multiple positions

We are searching for several kaiako to join our friendly teaching team due to some of our teachers moving cities or having families of their own. This means we have multiple positions across our centre available for the right teacher!

We are looking for qualified teachers who possess the below attributes:

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
• Friendly and approachable and able to build relationships with kaiako, tamariki and whānau with ease
• Great communicators who can problem solve with their team members to find solutions
• Willingness to try things and 'get stuff done'
• An abundance of positivity, plenty of smiles and ability to laugh at themselves and just have fun!

We are located in the heart of Papamoa and we make the most of it with local excursions to our beach, park and reserves. Our philosophy is for everyone to feel like they 'belong' – it's that simple. We do this by having empathy for each other, having fun and lots of laughter, and a management team that try to make sure you are heard and acknowledged for the great work that you do!
