Our deputy principal needs to be an excellent classroom teacher with a passion for engaging students in deep learning experiences and a strong understanding of evidence based practice as this is also a junior teaching position Y2.
Having experience as a collaborative, cohesive leader, with well developed organisational skills, and the ability to clearly communicate are essential strengths. You will be joining a highly effective and supportive team.
A commitment to implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi through cultural relationships and responsive pedagogy are very important.
